“When I arrived in Elgin a few years back, I discovered a struggling business on the brink of closing. As I looked around, I saw potential. I envisioned a lively gathering place where folks could unwind, savor delicious chicken wings, and soak in good vibes.
I rebranded the business as Third Coast Wings and Daquiris, gave the interior a makeover, introduced beer and mixed drinks, and got cookin’ and bookin'.
I think we have the best wings and one of the best entertainment venues in town. We just keep on getting better.
